Obituary For Deena Marie Frisella Eklund

Born in Rockford, on November 9, 1970, the daughter of Joseph Frisella and Suzanne (Kilgore) Frisella. Deena was a graduate of Jefferson High School. She went on to earn her CNA and spent years assisting those in need at medical facilities. Most recently, Deena was employed by the Faust Landmark.

Deena married her husband David on August 8, 2008. Together they traveled to Necedah, WI. They enjoyed their cabin up north and the wonderful friends they made together. Necedah was Deena’s favorite spot. She and Dave were also members of the Good Tymes Car Club.

Survived by her husband, David; sons, David (Kaitlynn) Milvert and Dustin (fiancée Indeya Hart) Milvert; granddaughters, Trinity and Araya Milvert; Step Children: Brandy (Nathan) Sansone of San Diego, CA and Austin Eklund of Machesney Park; Father, Joseph (Linda) Frisella of Fort Myers, FL; brother, Roger (Nadine) Frisella of FL and Cherise (Paul) Diogo of FL; Nieces, Natalie and Karlie Frisella of Florida; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Predeceased by her mother, Suzanne and grandparents.

Memorial service at 4pm Sunday March 4, 2018 in Tony Gasparini Funerals, 6825 Weaver Road Rockford, Memorial visitation from 1pm until 3:45 Sunday in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family. Express online condolences at tonygasparinifunerals.com

    I asked Tiger about Deena Friday night and he said that she had died. How very sad. We all were always interested in how she was coming along and trying to support the Frisella's. So very sorry to have learned this. Our condolences are with her family.
