Loving mother and caring grandmother Jacqueline Anne O’Brien, 65, of Rockford, passed away on Monday, 09/05/2017. Jacqueline was born on 01/12/1952, the daughter of Anthony and Shirley (Holden) Gregg. She attended St. Peter Cathedral Grade School and Boylan Central Catholic High School Survivors include her 3 children, Kelly Perteete, Gregg (Teresa) O’Brien, and Erin (Chad Matthews) O’Brien; grandchildren, Alexandra, Auguste, Atticus, Cade, Lillian and Maxwell; her siblings, Daniel (Joanne) Gregg, Jody (Ernest) Marquez, Mary Pat (Steve) Montalbano, and Geoffrey (Joyce) Gregg. Jacqueline was predeceased by her parents, and brother, Stephen.
