Lawrence Ferraro 97 of Rockford, He passed away on Friday September 30, 2022. Hewas born December 9, 1924. The son of Lawrence and Josephine Ferraro. He served inthe United States Coast Guard during World War 2. He married Betti Ferri on October26, 1947. He retired from Rexham Corporation after 4 plus years. During his retirement,Larry did volunteer work with the Knights of Columbus and ushered baseball games inSarasota, FL. Special thanks to the OSF Hospice caregivers.Survived by: Wife, Betti. Nieces and nephews: Colleen Olsen, Alan (Debbie) Sommers,Larry (Nancy) Ferraro, Jay (Robyn) Ferraro, Jo Ferraro, and several great nieces andnephews. Burial in Calvary Cemetery, Visitation from 10am until Mass time Wednesday in the church.
