Mark T. Grubb, 58, of Rockford passed away Tuesday April 2, 2019 in his home surrounded by his family. He was born March 16, 1961 in Rockford, the son of Jack and Barbara Grubb. He attended West High School and then joined the United States Navy in 1978. He married Nancy Fox on August 28, 1992 in Rockford. He worked as a carpenter for numerous contractors throughout the area. Mark was a homebuilder in Northern Illinois for over two decades.

Survivors include his wife Nancy and their children, Lindsay, Joey, and Nicole. Daughter, April, and two grandchildren from a previous marriage. Mother, Barbara. Sister, Laurel (Bill) Kirk. Brothers, Larry (Lisa) Grubb and Jeff Grubb. Nieces and nephews, Jason, Matthew, Tyler, Sydney, Toni, Courtney and Danielle. Great Nieces and nephews, Isaac, Owen, Zoey, Hannah and Carmen. Predeceased by his Father, Jack in 2016. Mark loved to read, do puzzles and loved the outdoors but his family was his greatest hobby.
