Mary Therese (Bunk) Vaccarello 74 of Rockford passed away Sunday August 13, 2017 in her home surrounded by her family. She was born May 26, 1943 in Chicago the daughter of Raymond and Lillian Bunk. She graduated from Muldoon High School, Class of 61. She married Michael Vaccarello, her husband of 52 years. She worked as a Dental Assistant for Dr. Church and for PNC bank for many years. Member of St Edward Church in Rockford. She was also a member of St Ambrose Club. Mary loved crafting, reading, sewing, and card club with her friends.

Survivors include, Husband, Michael. Three Daughters, Gina (John) Church of Sun Prairie, WI, Lisa (Michael Jurkowski) Church of Beloit, WI and Angela Vaccarello of Rockford. Granddaughter, Jenna Church. Brothers, Donald Bunk and Raymond (Carol) Bunk both of Rockford. Sister, Loralei (David) Walter of Wayne, IL. Grand dogs, Blaze, Beau, Maxx and Lizzy. Predeceased by her parents and brother Walter.

Funeral Mass at 10am Tuesday August 22, 2017 in St Anthony Church with the Franciscan Friars officiating. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation from 5-8pm Monday August 21 in Tony Gasparini Funerals, Honquest Chapel 4311 North Mulford Road, Loves Park. Visitation also from 9am until 9:45 Tuesday in the church.
