Obituary For Stephen Montalbano

Stephen Montalbano, 40, of Rockford, passed away Friday, July 17, 2020, in Swedish American Hospital. He was born November 14, 1979, in Rockford, the son of Steve and Mary Pat Montalbano. He graduated from Boylan High School, class of 1997. He married Rosette Kazandjian on July 24, 2015. Stephen loved sports and was a fan of the Packers and the Yankees.

Survivors include his wife Rosette. Three children, Jolie, Khloe, and Cameron. Parents, Steve and Mary Pat. Siblings, Nicholas, and Christopher(Laura). Aunts and Uncles, Jody (Ernie) Marquez of South Carolina, Dan (Joanne) Gregg, Geoff (Joyce) Gregg, Nancy (Bryon) Kuca of Roscoe, Rosanne Montalbano, Maryanne Montalbano. Brother in law, Mano Kazandjian. Sister-in-law, Ano Kazandjian. Numerous cousins. Predeceased by his aunt, Jacqueline O’Brien, and Uncle, Stephen Gregg.

    Oh my goodness, what sad, sad news. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I never met your children but we go back a long ways in south Rockford and at Boylan. This is the worst loss I am told. I am so, so sorry. May you find some measure of peace. God Bless you all.
