Virginia Rangel Ramos, She was born November 21, 1943 in Mexico, the daughter of Herlindo Rangel and Ines Ramos. Virginia worked most of her life in Rockford, working at Nelson Knitting and Nylint.

Survivors include her children; Jose Luis (Gabriela) Perez, Fidencio (Maria C.) Perez, Esteban Perez, Almadelia Perez and Fernando Coronado. Grandchildren; Griselda, Gabriel, Nelly, Jose Luis Jr., Cuanhtemoc, Xochiti, Favian, Isabella.
