Kevin Scott Stebbins, 49 of Rockford, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2017. He was born on June 22, 1968 in L’Anse Michigan, the son of Douglas and Bonnie Stebbins. Kevin came to Rockford in 1989.

He worked at Union Hall where he met his wife, Julie Kast. They were married December 16, 1995 in Rockford. Keith later worked at Youngberg Industries and then the Caldwell Group in Rockford.

Survivors include his wife, Julie; mother, Bonnie Stebbins of Arizona; siblings, Craig Stebbins, Jason Stebbins and Heather Stebbins, all of Arizona; numerous nieces and nephews; mother and father-in-law, Paula and Velores “Toodie” Kast; brother-in-law, Bradley Kast; and his beloved dogs Rebel and Rascal.

A visitation in celebration of his life will be held on Friday, November 10, 2017, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Tony Gasparini Funerals, 6825 Weaver Road in Rockford.
